VUST Tuition Discount and Financial Aid

A. Tuition Discount for Transfer Student:

Description and Objective

Provides tuition discounts for academically qualified transfer students from other U.S. accredited universities. 

Eligibility Criteria

Valid I-20 for a master’s program; maintenance of a GPA of 3.00 or above; completion of at least three terms at VUST prior to transfer.

Amount to Be Awarded

$3,000 total discount applied as $1,000 per term for three consecutive terms.

B. Tuition Discount for Family Members:

Description and Objective

Provides tuition discounts for immediate family members of enrolled students. 

Eligibility Criteria

Immediate family relationship (spouse, sibling, or child); maintenance of a GPA of 3.00 or above.

Amount to Be Awarded

$3,000 total discount applied as $1,000 per term for three consecutive terms.

C. Tuition Discount for Students with Disabilities:

Description and Objective

Provides tuition discounts for immediate family members of enrolled students. 

Eligibility Criteria

Government-issued disability certification; maintenance of a GPA of 3.00 or above.

Amount to Be Awarded

50% of total tuition discounted.

D. Government Worker Assistance:

Description and Objective

Provides tuition assistance for full-time government employees. 

Eligibility Criteria

Full-time government employment with tuition covered by the employing agency; maintenance of a GPA of 3.00 or above.

Amount to Be Awarded

25% tuition discount; student responsible for remaining 75%.
